I thought I would send out a note due to my publishing fewer articles as of late. I am still working on attempting a series of short videos for my subscribers about current events. In addition, it is getting toward summer. As many of you know, I love the outdoors, and am an avid fly fisherman. For the best fishing in these beautiful rivers, the time frame is very limited. I have been fishing a good bit lately, but in my part of the world, snow melt and heavy runoff makes most rivers impossible to fish between now and mid to late June. After that, there are only three months of warm weather. Because of this, I take advantage of the time I have to be in the water. Then of course there are the Florida Keys and the Caribbean flats!
I am still researching many hours, and writing as well. That will increase for the next few weeks, but when possible during the summer, I will recapture my sanity by fishing as much as I can, while still reporting on these important matters. I find that getting away a few days or so when possible keeps me in the right frame of mind given the horrible distractions. I hope you all will find peace in something you love to do.
I truly love life and my beautiful family, and am fortunate to have my loyal readers. I thought a few pictures might brighten the day, and help all to understand why fly fishing keeps me from losing my sanity due to the heinous nature of all that is going on today. But of course, there is always the importance of family, food, dogs, horses, nature, and music!
